I shop in DC. I am currently at 6:1 still no offer. I have been with my SA for 2 years. I will probably shop at another location soon. My bank is burned. A lot of us are done with DC and it’s super sad. I really want to be loyal but it’s impossible when they don’t try to help. I have talked to people who work at other luxury brands locally and they say they all avoid Hermes. No one wants to work there because of how they run the store. I don’t know.
